Now, turn it up by 20 percent—feel it fully, deeply, with every fiber of your being, letting that heightened sensation completely embrace you.
In this moment of heightened energy, anchor this feeling with a powerful trigger—an image, a word, or a sound. Whatever resonates with you most strongly. It might be a word like "relentless" or a visual that instantly brings you back to that state of excellence.
