"Beyond the Body and Mind: Where True Bliss Begins"

Welcome, dear friend…

Are you searching for yourself in the mirror of the body?

The body, bless its bones, offers us delights—but only for a moment.
A bite of sweetness, a lover’s touch, the thrill of movement.
Fleeting pleasures, like sparks in the dark.

And then there’s the mind—ah, that clever little rascal. It gifts us moments of joy through poetry, music, the rush of a compliment, and the high of success.

But just as quickly, it carries us into sorrow, doubt, and longing. The pendulum swings, as it always does. That’s the rhythm of this world. Duality, old friend.
 For every high, a low.
For every sunrise, a nightfall. We want the sweet, but the bitter comes too. Ice cream and the cone, my friend. So why not taste both?

When joy visits, drink it in. And when sadness knocks? Sit with it. Watch. Wait. The tide always turns. Storms pass. The sky clears.

But beyond body and mind… lies something still.
A third presence.
Silent.
Watching.
Eternal.
It needs no pleasure, no praise.
It is awareness itself.
And from that stillness…
Bliss gently blooms.

The Unobscured Self: A passage to awaken even the sleeping stones!

"Dear friend, think about this:" For thousands of years, people have been trying to figure out what they already are. Brilliant minds have chanted, calculated, meditated, theorized, and optimized in boardrooms, labs, temples, and monasteries— However, the ageless murmur of wisdom never changes: You are complete already. You are already enlightened. There is nowhere to climb. no distant temple to reach, no cave deep enough, no meditation potent enough to give you what you already are. The paradox is beautifully simple: Truth needs no improvement— only the removal of what obscures it. The Sun Behind the Clouds Consider the sun, a massive ball of fire that never goes out. We refer to the sky as being dark when clouds cover it, as though the sun has ceased to shine. However, its brilliance remains intact. The only thing that is blocked is our vision. The same is true of your inner light. Enlightenment cannot be attained, it is revealed. Remove the clouds, and the radiance that wa...

"The Drop That Forgot It Was the Ocean."

Consider this, old friend— a truth wrapped in myth, a revelation disguised as a story. Once upon a timeless moment, a single drop slipped from the vastness of the Ocean and began to believe it was something separate. It thought it was just a drop— a tiny “me” drifting alone amid countless other droplets. And in that forgetting, a great and shimmering dream began. It danced as rain upon the breath of the wind, fell into rivers, and swam through silver streams, each new form whispering seductively… “This is who you are.” And the drop believed— until believing crystallized into the heavy armor of identity. In this dream of separation, the drop struggled to find its place among the many. It compared. It feared. It clung. It fought upstream against its own illusions. It looked out at the painted world and said, “Everything is other. Everything is outside of me.” And so the dream deepened, layer upon luminous layer. But one day, something ancient stirred. A memory—soft as moonlight, subtle a...

Riding the Storm: How a Sailor's Struggle Became His Greatest Strength"

Once upon a time, if such a time existed. In a quaint coastal village lived a sailor named Finn, whose heart belonged to the sea, especially when the calm waters and the sun graced the horizon.  Life felt easy then—each day a smooth sail, each moment filled with laughter and light.  But Finn knew the tides were fickle, and stormy weather was always just over the horizon. One fateful day, dark clouds gathered, and the winds howled. Finn felt the ship lurch beneath him as the storm crashed upon him. Panic gripped his heart as waves threatened to pull him under.  At that moment, he remembered a lesson learned long ago: when the waters grew rough, it wasn’t a plea for the calm he needed but a prayer for strength. “Lord,” he whispered into the tempest, “don’t just make my life easier—make me stronger and wiser.” He gripped the wheel and focused on navigating the furious currents instead of succumbing to despair. The waves were relentless, tossing his vessel like a toy, ...
