 Health is Wealth

Being physically fit, it can make a person look lean both inside and out.

There is a lot a person can do such as jogging or walking in the morning, playing basketball or any other sport with friends but if a person wants to have muscles and look lean, the best thing to do will be to sign up and work out in a gym.

Just like taking any medicine, one should first consult the doctor before undergoing any form of exercise.

Physical exercise is beneficial because it helps maintain and improve one's health from a variety of diseases and premature death. It also makes a person feel happier and increases one self-esteem preventing one from falling into depression or anxiety.

It has also been shown to make a person with an active lifestyle live longer than a person who doesn’t.

The best exercise plan should have cardiovascular and weight training exercises. This helps burn calories and increase the muscle-to-fat ratio which will increase one's metabolism and make one either gain or lose weight.

A person who has never worked out before should do it gradually. Doing it too much for the first time can make one pull a muscle or have an injury making it worse. Endurance will never be built in a day and doing it repeatedly will surely be good for the person.

Focusing on certain portions of the body can help it improve. A good example is going to the gym and doing a workout more often in a specific area such as the abs can give one a more defined area.

But beauty is not only about having muscles which is what people can see. It is also about enhancing the beauty within.

Here are some things one can do every day to stay beautiful and healthy;

  • Reading books and other reading material more often keeps the mind sharp just like working out keeps the body in shape.
  • Work no matter what kind often creates some form of stress. One can reduce this by taking the time out to do something special like lying in a hot tub, or taking time for yourself to just relax and unwind,  meditation is very helpful in that respect, such as shopping or watching a movie.
  • Studies have shown it is a reliever and help one from looking haggardly.
  • Pollution is something people cannot control given the size of the problem. When one goes out, it is best to put some form of protection such as beauty products that contain antioxidants that protect the skin from damage. There are also other beauty products available and choosing the right one with the help of a dermatologist can help the person.
  • Another way to stay healthy is to give up some vices. Most people smoke and drink. Smoking has been proven to cause lung cancer and other diseases as well as complications for women giving birth. Excessive drinking has also been shown to do the same.
  • For people who don’t smoke, it is best to stay away from people who do since studies have shown that nonsmokers are also at risk of developing cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.
  • Lastly, it is best to always start the day with a positive outlook. Just as studies have shown that exercise makes a person feel happier, smiling produces the same effect. A smile can do a lot and it is contagious in a positive sense. It brightens the day of not only one but others as well.

Heath is Wealth, each moment spent on creating and maintaining health and well-being will be greatly rewarded later on in life!

"Do You Believe or Question Every Thought That Comes to You?"

Ah, dear friend, the winds of thought are many, and their voices and images are loud and relentless. Yet, do not be deceived by their clamor. The thoughts you entertain are not your own; they are the echoes of others, whispers that drift from past generations, from teachers, parents, strangers, and even from the world around you.  But these thoughts, these fleeting phantoms, do not define you. They are borrowed, like a leaf carried by a current, pulled into your mind and momentarily resting there before the next gust of wind takes it away. You see, thoughts are not anchored in truth. They come and go like the clouds in the sky. One moment, they are shaped and thick with meaning; the next, they dissolve into nothingness.  If you stop to look at them, you will realize that thoughts themselves cannot be trusted—they are not fixed or permanent. They float by, like the passing seasons, changing their form and shifting their hue. And just like clouds, they hide the vast, unchanging ...

"Break Free From the Chains of the Mind and Awaken to True Freedom"

Long ago, in an age veiled by the mists of legend, there lived a revered mystic and enlightened master named Zorath. One fateful day, he awoke from the illusory grip of the mind, transcending the endless cycle of suffering and stepping into the boundless realm of true freedom.  I ask you now, dear seekers—can you feel that deep, unspoken yearning within your soul, the longing to break free from the ceaseless chatter of your mind? Do you not ache for release from the torment of endless thoughts and fleeting emotions that imprison your peace? Is your heart not weary of swinging like a pendulum between the extremes of joy and misery, happiness and sorrow?  Are you not exhausted from the ceaseless dance between what is up and what is down, who is right and who is wrong—always bound by the shifting opinions of the world, which change with every passing moment? You may wonder how we can break from this egoic identity we cling to and awaken to the boundless vastness of our true nat...

"The Power of Stillness: How to Build Inner Strength and Stay Centered in a Chaotic World"

Ah, young seekers, gather round. You are on the cusp of understanding something profound, something that, if you grasp it, will change the way you see the world forever. So, listen closely, for this isn't the kind of wisdom you find in your textbooks, but something much older, deeper, and more powerful.  Imagine life as an ancient theater where the same timeless drama has unfolded since the beginning of time. But here's the secret: it’s always the same play, always the same drama, though the faces of the actors change. The characters' names shift with every generation, and the costumes are different, but the story, the themes, and the struggles are all the same. Birth, death, love, hate, joy, sorrow, victory, defeat… on and on. The drama doesn’t end. It never truly does.  Now, in this world, in this third-dimensional existence, we live caught between the forces of duality—the dance of opposites. Right and wrong, light and dark, success and failure, pleasure and pai...
