Are you aware of what is going on around you, or are you acting robotically?

Both the man and the woman live like robots and rely on routines, memories of the past, and neither spontaneity nor knowledge of the current moment to function.

Imagine that you don't even yet have a soul; instead, you have the potential to do so but it hasn't been realized, just like a tree does when its seed is planted in the right environment, where it will grow and its potential realized.

You are a junkyard full of other people's beliefs and ideas about how things should and shouldn't be, and keep in mind that none of these ideas are yours; they are all borrowed from the outside. You also lack your own originality and haven't discovered your own center.

Are you spinning in a circle like a hampster with no destination in sight? Why are you here? Where are you going?

Have you ever realized who you really are and then responded from that place? Or are you just parroting what you've heard and read?

So, how do we escape this robotic nightmare and discover our unique identities? How can we locate the true center and avoid residing in the ego's fictitious center?

The first step is to recognize that you are living your life like a robot because of your ingrained, taught habits rather than, your unique experiences.

The first step in becoming aware of oneself is learning to observe oneself, one's behaviors, and one's reactions. Ask oneself if one is responding from the present moment like a man or woman, or if one is behaving like a machine.

Then you start to observe your thoughts, see whether you are being drawn in by the magnetic pull of your mind, and see how it is leading you about like you are being strangled by all of its false desires and deceptions.

The next step is to pay attention to your emotions, and moods to see how they affect your ability to move between the two poles. You won't be able to set yourself free and understand what true freedom really is until you create a gap and see yourself as a distinct thing.

This realization occurs only when you establish a gap and recognize yourself as a separate entity will you be able to set yourself free and realize what true freedom actually is.

"Do You Believe or Question Every Thought That Comes to You?"

Ah, dear friend, the winds of thought are many, and their voices and images are loud and relentless. Yet, do not be deceived by their clamor. The thoughts you entertain are not your own; they are the echoes of others, whispers that drift from past generations, from teachers, parents, strangers, and even from the world around you.  But these thoughts, these fleeting phantoms, do not define you. They are borrowed, like a leaf carried by a current, pulled into your mind and momentarily resting there before the next gust of wind takes it away. You see, thoughts are not anchored in truth. They come and go like the clouds in the sky. One moment, they are shaped and thick with meaning; the next, they dissolve into nothingness.  If you stop to look at them, you will realize that thoughts themselves cannot be trusted—they are not fixed or permanent. They float by, like the passing seasons, changing their form and shifting their hue. And just like clouds, they hide the vast, unchanging ...

"The Power of Stillness: How to Build Inner Strength and Stay Centered in a Chaotic World"

Ah, young seekers, gather round. You are on the cusp of understanding something profound, something that, if you grasp it, will change the way you see the world forever. So, listen closely, for this isn't the kind of wisdom you find in your textbooks, but something much older, deeper, and more powerful.  Imagine life as an ancient theater where the same timeless drama has unfolded since the beginning of time. But here's the secret: it’s always the same play, always the same drama, though the faces of the actors change. The characters' names shift with every generation, and the costumes are different, but the story, the themes, and the struggles are all the same. Birth, death, love, hate, joy, sorrow, victory, defeat… on and on. The drama doesn’t end. It never truly does.  Now, in this world, in this third-dimensional existence, we live caught between the forces of duality—the dance of opposites. Right and wrong, light and dark, success and failure, pleasure and pai...

"Unveil Your Best Self: 6 Daily Practices for Health, Peace, and Fulfillment

Ah, dear friends, take a moment to listen carefully. In this fast-paced and constantly evolving world, we often overlook the simple yet powerful practices that can help us lead a healthier, more fulfilled life.  As you journey toward mindfulness and self-discovery, Master Zhen offers these six daily practices designed to cultivate inner peace, strengthen your body, and nourish your spirit. Let us explore them together. 1. Rise with the Sun: Begin Your Day with Meditation and Gratitude As you open your eyes, welcome the quiet morning. Before the world's demands begin, take a few moments to center yourself free from urgency or expectation. Begin by tuning into your breath: inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for a count of 4, hold gently for 2 counts, then exhale softly through your mouth for a count of 6. Repeat this cycle several times (as best as you can without overexerting yourself), letting each breath grow more profound and more calming while your thoughts gradually sl...
